Boucle fabric is a type of yarn that is a common upholstery fabric used for furniture, mostly the white and cream furniture. With using polyester yarn of 1.11dtex-0.58dtex as raw material, 83～333dtex polyester low-elastic network yarn of 83 - 333dtex as base yarn, boucle fabric is woven on a weft knitting machine, finally made through a series of post-treatment including heat setting, polyester dyeing or printing, dyeing and carding, fleece knitting, and heat setting.
Since boucle fabric adds superior softness to sofa, and has a modern look and cozy texture that bring a sense of contemporary to most interior areas like living room, bedroom, hotel room, etc.
This boucle sofa comes assembled and can be made into different size and colors according to clients' requirements.
